Return Policy

Many thanks for shopping at Koket Boutique!

At Koket Boutique we want you to love how you look and feel in our clothing. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your merchandise within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit. No refunds! Contact us at koketboutiquenc@gmail.com for return information. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you.

All SALE merchandise, jewelry and all special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned. 

All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached to be eligible for a return. Items that do not match the criteria above, or contain makeup, deodorant, perfumes, are subject to denial or a 20-40% restocking fee. 

Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for store credit or exchange.

If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:

  • Take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to koketboutiquenc@gmail.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.

  • Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.

Shipping

We work hard to package orders ASAP and ship within 24 hours, however processing time can take up to 3 business days. We ship First Class & Priority mail through the USPS. Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. (Please be sure to ship to a secure location as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages).

  • FREE standard shipping for all orders (3-5 day).

  • $20- Expedited shipping. (2-3 day. Insured, but not guaranteed per USPS).
